Overview
The Senior Strategy & Planning Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for Carrot Ads, Instacart’s retail media technology powering omni-channel advertising solutions to include on-site and in-store advertising for retailers’ 1P properties. The role will shape product direction, define value propositions, support pricing and packaging, lead commercialization efforts, and identify opportunities to expand inventory, revenue, and retailer engagement.
This position requires a strong strategic mindset, deep expertise in the retail media ecosystem, spanning on-site and in-store channels, and experience bringing complex omni-channel ad tech solutions to market. The Senior Strategy & Planning Manager will play a critical role in positioning Carrot Ads as a best-in-class retail media technology platform across both digital and physical retail environments.
You will be part of the Retail Strategy and Planning team, a dynamic group focused on crafting strategic paths that uphold Instacart's commitment to excellence and innovation for retailers. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here.
