What is ai-jobs.careers?

A job board for the AI-native workforce. Every listing gets an AI-Agency Score (0–100) that tells you at a glance how much the role builds AI systems or uses AI tools day-to-day.

We aggregate from public company-owned job feeds — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby — so every listing links directly to the company's own application page. No reposting tricks. No recruiter middle layer. No scraping of sites that don't want to be scraped.

Currently tracking 679 active listings across 3 companies, refreshed every 6 hours.

How the AI-Agency Score works

Claude Sonnet 4.6 reads every job description and scores two axes, then blends them:

• AI-Build Score (0–100): how much the role builds AI systems (ML research, foundation models, training infra, agentic architecture).
• AI-Use Score (0–100): how much the role uses AI tools day-to-day (prompt engineering, Claude/Cursor/Copilot workflows, agentic tooling).
• AI-Agency Score = round(0.6 × build + 0.4 × use)

Data sources (all legal, all public)

• Greenhouse Job Board API — public, documented, built for syndication.
• Lever Postings API — public per-company endpoint.
• Ashby Job Board API — public posting endpoint.

We do not scrape LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, or any site whose Terms of Service forbid it. If a company would like to be added or removed, email hello@ai-jobs.careers.

Pledges

• No recruiter spam. Every Apply button redirects to the company's own ATS.
• No fake urgency or growth-hacky dark patterns.
• No selling your data. We don't even collect it yet.
• Transparent scoring. Every score is explainable; if a score seems wrong, tell us.
