The Atlas Data Federation and Archiving (ADFA) Customer Experience team supports the Atlas Data Federation system which empowers customers to create virtual databases that can query, transform, and analyze data across multiple sources (MongoDB clusters and cloud object storage) through a unified MongoDB query interface, without moving or copying the underlying data. The ADF system handles hundreds of millions of queries per month, processing exabytes of customer data.
This role is responsible for designing, building and testing high-impact projects and enhancing the scalability, performance, durability, availability and reliability of the Atlas Data Federation distributed systems. Our team is distributed across North America. The position is open to our “in office”, “flexible”, or fully remote working models with convenient work hours for each time-zone.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
