<p>The Crypto Core Trading Team at Robinhood is the driving force behind delivering a seamless, intuitive, and powerful crypto trading experience for our 17 million crypto users.</p>
<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Build scalable systems and components, making the right tradeoffs to account for stability and long-term maintainability</li>
<li>Design, write, test, and release platform or product-facing features with stringent correctness and scalability requirements</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve system performance, team productivity, and reduce risk</li>
<li>Collaborate closely and effectively with cross-functional partners, client teams, and vendors</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What you bring </strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of software developer experience</li>
<li>You have a track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering large-scope technical projects, setting a high standard for code quality and code review processes</li>
<li>You deeply understand the design, product, and backend development disciplines so that you can work effectively with them</li>
<li>Experience with Go or Python</li>
<li>Experience with Kafka and data streaming technologies</li>
<li>Experience with handling/processing large amounts of data</li>
<li>Familiarity with other parts of the team’s tech stack (Postgres, K8s, Redis, AWS or similar)</li>
<li>Bonus Points: Experience at a fintech company or financial firm</li>
