We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join the group leading Gong’s Work & Agent Orchestration agenda.

Our group owns the system of work for GTM execution: helping revenue teams define how work should be systematically executed, and orchestrating how Revenue professionals, agents, and workflows work together to drive consistent business outcomes. 

You'll own

• A strategic product area within Gong’s Work & Agent Orchestration agenda, from vision and roadmap through execution.
• The product strategy and direction for how work is initiated, assigned, executed, supervised, and continuously improved across people, AI agents, workflows, and trusted revenue data.
• Defining and prioritizing the roadmap, product requirements, and key investments for your domain.
• Designing product experiences that enable effective collaboration between revenue professionals and AI agents.
• Communicating product vision, value, and functionality to customers, stakeholders, and internal team

• Ambiguous, complex, and sometimes conflicting customer, user, and business needs.
• The challenge of translating qualitative insights into clear product direction, actionable roadmaps, and scalable solutions.
• Decisions around when work should be automated, how AI agents should participate, and how ownership and accountability should be assigned.
• Workflow and orchestration challenges across people, agents, systems, and processes.
• Enterprise-scale product challenges that require balancing innovation, usability, scalability, and customer needs.
• Cross-functional alignment across Product Design, Engineering, AI, Data, Security, GTM, and other product teams.

You'll impact

• How AI agents become an integrated part of day-to-day revenue execution.
• The effectiveness and consistency of GTM teams by enabling systematic execution of revenue workflows.
• The way organizations coordinate work across people, AI agents, and automated workflows.
• Gong’s strategic vision for the future of Work & Agent Orchestration.
• Customer outcomes by helping revenue teams execute work more efficiently, intelligently, and at scale.
• The adoption and success of AI-powered workflows in enterprise revenue organizations.

How you’ll succeed:

• Have 5+ years  experience as a product manager, with a proven background in SaaS products .
• Passionate about creating and building new products.
• Experience working in established SaaS companies with significant operations that include Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, and internal tools.
• Comfortable working on platform-like capabilities, workflow systems, automation, integrations, permissions, AI-powered products, or other technically complex domains.
• Someone who enjoys being responsible and having a sense of ownership over the created product.
• Someone with technical understanding, and ideally with experience building user management and permissions for enterprise customers. 
• Fluent or very proficient in English.
• Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
