About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

Robinhood’s consumer offerings include a growing portfolio of credit card products, such as the Robinhood Gold Card and Robinhood Platinum Card. The Card Partnerships team builds and scales strategic relationships that expand the value of these products across categories like dining, health and wellness, and travel. The team partners with product, marketing, finance, and legal teams to introduce new benefits and experiences for customers. You’ll join a team that prioritizes strong relationships, thoughtful deal structuring, and delivering measurable value for both customers and partners!

As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will lead the sourcing, structuring, and execution of credit card partnerships across multiple verticals. You will collaborate with internal teams to launch and manage partnerships that deliver clear customer value and align with business priorities. This role includes identifying partners, building relationships, negotiating agreements, and scaling partnerships to support product adoption and revenue growth!

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, New York City, NY or Washington D.C offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.
