As a Senior Counsel, Commercial at Together, your mission will be to support and enable the business to rapidly scale by providing legal counsel on commercial transactions. You will have the opportunity to be at the cutting edge of one of the most important technological shifts of our time, interfacing with a variety of companies seeking to build successful AI-driven products and businesses. Your primary focus will be to negotiate, draft, and manage commercial agreements with customers, suppliers and other key partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial law, with the ability to balance both legal expertise and commercial savvy, be able to work cross-functionally with a dynamic team to solve complex legal issues and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be one of the first legal hires at the company with an opportunity to build and shape the legal function of a rapidly growing AI startup.

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $225k-$300k + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
