Product Design Intern at Asana for summer 2026. Work with design mentors on end-to-end design projects, from ideation to Figma prototypes, collaborating across product, engineering, and research teams.
At Asana we’re looking for curious, collaborative, and creative students to join our 12-week summer Product Design internship program. This program focuses on bringing students currently studying at a college or university into our Design team to develop and work on complex and challenging problems.
During this internship, you’ll work directly with dedicated Design mentors who are trained and motivated to ensure your success. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with Engineering, User Research, Product Management, Data Science, and the rest of our amazing Design crew to ship experiences that make it as simple as possible for teams big and small to realize the value of Asana.
This role is based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. For this role, the estimated pay rate is $57.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed pay rate above is a guideline, and the pay rate for this role may be modified.
