Principal Sales Operations Analyst at MongoDB supporting Customer Success strategy and planning. Drives analytical rhythm through business reviews, forecasting, and data-driven insights on CS KPIs, territory optimization, and headcount planning.
We’re looking for a driven individual with strong analytical instincts and a passion for turning data into actionable insights to support a rapidly growing Customer Success organization. In this role, you’ll guide the analytical rhythm of the business in partnership with CS leadership to surface trends, optimize segmentation and territories, and inform headcount and planning decisions. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and the KPIs that shape performance, compensation, and forecasting.
