The Coinbase Compliance Testing and Assurance (“CTA”) function is an independent oversight function that is responsible for the planning and execution of testing and monitoring activities to assess whether the processes and controls supporting the compliance framework are designed and operating effectively. The Coinbase CTA team maintains the global policy and procedures for CTA activity enterprise wide, covering US legal entities and international entities. The CTA function collaborates with other members of the Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and business functions in the execution of its mandate.
The CTA Manager will be responsible for supporting the CTA Senior Manager in the development, management, execution and continued improvement of the CTA program, with the focus on processes and controls for international entities, as well as enterprise-wide processes and controls for both US and international entities.
