As Suno’s Mobile Engineering Manager, your main responsibility will be hiring and leading the teams that develop and maintain our mobile apps, with an emphasis on Android development.
Manage, develop, and grow a team of mobile engineers and team leads
Leadership responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, performance management, career development, and fostering team culture
Partner with other product and engineering leaders to facilitate cross-team alignment and coordinate execution across distributed engineering efforts
Ensure high code quality, robust testing, and scalable architecture while balancing rapid iteration with long-term maintainability and security requirements
7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing a mobile engineering team
Excel at both writing production code and leading engineering teams, with experience shipping complex features from concept to deployment
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining team focus
An obsession with great user experiences, getting the details right, iterating and learning rapidly, and working hard
Experience at a consumer tech company is preferred
Experience at both larger and smaller, high-growth companies is preferred
Experience scaling teams to 20+ software engineers is preferred
A love of music (listening, exploring, making) is preferred

$250,000 - $325,000 base salary (before equity)
