We’re hiring a Director, Organic Growth & Growth Content to lead and scale Chime’s organic growth engine across SEO, AEO, YouTube, and owned content surfaces. This leader will define where we win, what we say, and how organic content drives measurable business outcomes across acquisition, education, and conversion.
This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, Lifecycle, Paid Media, and MarTech/Web to build a cohesive, full-funnel content system.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $196,000.00 and up to $270,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
