Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance at Scale AI, building and leading the centralized GRC function. Responsibilities include managing compliance teams, developing enterprise risk management programs, and operationalizing AI governance frameworks for a high-growth AI data company.
Scale is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance to build and lead our centralized GRC function to protect and advance the company. We are seeking someone to mature and lead the GRC function, helping to set a strategic, long-term vision, partnering cross-functionally across Scale, and representing Scale's GRC functions with partners, regulators, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate regulatory compliance and risk management, attention to detail, strong leadership and relationship-building skills, and experience building successful compliance programs at high-growth companies.

Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits.
