About the team + role
The Trading team’s mission is to democratize finance by removing barriers to investing in the stock market. We imagine a world where millions of customers use Robinhood to meet their financial goals—and we get there by delivering high-quality, customer-focused products and passing more value back to our users than anyone else!
As Director of Engineering, Trading Products, you’ll be at the helm of our most critical business area. This includes Equities, Options and Margins. You will shape and scale the Trading engineering organization, help define long-term strategy, and partner cross-functionally across product, design, compliance, and operations to deliver on our bold mission.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 4 days per week.
