The Comms Capture team is responsible for Gong's core data – the data pipeline that ingests and capture customer’s interactions from external communication systems (emails, calendars, phone/web conferencing calls, texts). These pipelines are online, are used by all of the company's customers, and forms the basis for a wide range of Gong's products.
We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to delve into an existing code base and complex systems, loves to refactor, shape new architecture, think outside the box, and suggest innovative architectural and product solutions.
