Decagon is looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers. In this early-career role, you’ll work closely with senior Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, and Product teams to help articulate Decagon’s value, support technical evaluations, and contribute to customer success during pre-sales engagements.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, enterprise technology, and go-to-market strategy—ideal for a technically curious and business-savvy individual looking to grow into a strategic solutions role.
Have 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as solutions consulting, technical support, product specialist, or pre-sales engineering.
Have a technical foundation, whether through a software engineering background, CS degree, or hands-on coding experience, and are excited to apply it in a customer-facing context.
Are eager to collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer pain points and assist in identifying tailored solutions that drive value.
Are comfortable learning and using technical tools to build basic product demonstrations, leveraging Decagon’s platform to align with customer use cases.
Have strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and are excited to learn from experienced team members while contributing to real customer projects.
Have a basic understanding of enterprise go-to-market (GTM) processes, CRM systems, or revenue operations workflows.
