If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You are a recent graduate with less than 12 months of full time working experience or a 2026 graduate with full time availability.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>You have experience in writing SQL queries to query relational databases.</li> <li>You have strong analytical skills to investigate, prioritize, and identify the root cause of issues.</li> <li>You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.&nbsp;</li> <li>You have a user first mindset and are energized by the challenge of solving difficult problems.&nbsp;</li> <li>You excel in analytical thinking and problem solving.&nbsp;</li> <li>You enjoy learning about technical products and processes, you are an organized, self-starter with passion for finding solutions to our user’s challenges.&nbsp;</li> <li>You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to get things done.&nbsp;</li> <li>You enjoy working in an in-office environment with strong cross team collaboration and support.&nbsp;</li> <li>You are able to prioritize and enjoy working in a quick-moving environment.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You have experience navigating the nuanced complexity of financial systems and solving large scale, technical challenges.</li> <li>You have experience identifying and triaging technical issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Python or Scala knowledge.</li> </ul>
