Working across Product, Engineering, Growth, Business Development, Technical Operations, and Mission Operations, the team supports forward logistics, site installation, maintenance & repairs, field inventory management, sustainment, and reverse logistics. We are looking for a Systems Specialist, Mission Readiness to take day-to-day responsibility for the transactional work and tier-1 tooling support that keep Anduril's global deployment operations running. In this role, you will intake, process, and close out the day-to-day transactions that flow through Deployment Operations — sales order fulfillments, return management authorizations (RMAs), inventory moves, and asset transactions — while serving as the first point of contact for bugs, issues, and requests hitting the digital tools and systems the deployment team relies on.
This role sits at the intersection of our operators and our digital tooling. You’ll execute transactions cleanly in our ERP and business systems, drive tickets to rapid resolution or escalation, and keep the documentation behind that work current. You’ll be the critical link between physical reality and digital records—keeping them in lockstep to ensure our global deployment operations run flawlessly. Ultimately, you are someone who takes pride in clean data, closed tickets, and getting it right the first time.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
