What You'll Be Working On:
• Develop and implement detailed commissioning plans for data center construction projects, with a primary focus on mechanical systems, including coordination with electrical and control systems.
• Support and coordinate relationships with third party commissioning agents.
• Oversee and execute the commissioning process for mechanical systems, from pre-functional testing through integrated systems testing and final acceptance.
• Coordinate with design engineers, construction teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and commissioning of all systems.
• Conduct thorough reviews of mechanical design documents, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with commissioning requirements.
• Support commissioning schedules and resource plans, ensuring commissioning milestones are met.
• Perform detailed functional testing and performance verification of critical mechanical systems, documenting results and addressing any deficiencies.
• Identify, track, and resolve commissioning-related issues, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Generate comprehensive commissioning reports and documentation, providing detailed records of testing and performance.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
• You have extensive experience in commissioning critical infrastructure, particularly data center mechanical systems.
• You possess a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems related to data center operations.
• You have a proven track record of successfully executing complex commissioning projects.
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• You have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for commissioning.
• You are proficient in developing and executing commissioning plans and procedures.
• You have experience with concurrent maintainability testing.
