As a Sr. Program Manager, Learning & Development on the People Success team, you'll lead the programs that are fundamentally shifting how Coinbase employees learn, lead, and adopt AI-native ways of working. This team builds high-impact enablement products for managers and individual contributors across the company. You'll own the manager enablement portfolio and key elements of our company-wide AI enablement strategy, directly shaping what we build and how we measure whether it's working.
