The Risk PMO team supports Stripe’s mission by protecting Stripe’s revenue and driving the cross-functional strategy for Company-level and Org-level OKRs. We are builders and operators leading complex, global initiatives from incubation to full cycle program management. The problems we work on have often never been worked on before and we frequently build 0 → 1 solutions. We do this through a combination of rigorous thinking, strategic alignment, and a user-first approach to solving problems across teams at Stripe.

If you’re the type of person who enjoys working on high impact projects on a global scale, running programs from end to end, and advocating for users – you’ll love this role. Note: We do not require prior experience in Risk or Compliance to be considered for this role.
