Our mission within the Design team at Discord is to make Discord the best place to hang out online with friends. Specifically, our Ads teams focus on helping customers and business partners extend their experience to get the most out of Discord through use of Discord Quests, our first ads product. As a product designer, you will report to our growing Product Design team within the Engineering, Product, Analytics and Design (EPAD) organization. You'll be involved with the full end-to-end product development process, from brainstorming to launch of both improvements to, or new innovations of, our ads products. You'll use a balance of strategic thinking, product principles, systems design, and strong visual design skills to iterate and innovate on the Discord product. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $148,000 to $166,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
