<p>The Partner team at Vercel is charged with accelerating our growth with partners. As a <strong>Partner Lead, EMEA</strong>, you will play a pivotal role in helping to establish, and grow our partner ecosystem with Technology and Solution partners.</p>
<p>This is a senior individual contributor role for a builder. You will define the strategy, activate priority partners, and generate meaningful partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. You’ll work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to establish Vercel as a strategic platform within the EMEA ecosystem.</p>

<h3><strong>What you will do:</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Build and Scale the EMEA Partner Ecosystem</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Define and execute Vercel’s regional partner strategy across EMEA wide Technology and Solution partners.</li>
<li>Identify, recruit, and activate high-impact regional and global partners, including regional GSIs and strategic ISVs at regional level.</li>
<li>Establish scalable engagement models and joint value propositions that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Drive Partner-Sourced & Influenced Revenue</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop joint GTM plans with partners to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.</li>
<li>Lead co-sell motions, account mapping, and opportunity acceleration in partnership with regional Sales leaders.</li>
<li>Own revenue targets tied to partner performance and ecosystem contribution.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Develop Strategic Relationships</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build executive-level relationships with alliance leaders, practice heads, and GTM stakeholders.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of accountability for strategic partner success in EMEA.</li>
<li>Align partner objectives with Vercel’s growth priorities.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Solution & Offering Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Solution partners to package and bring Vercel’s AI Cloud and frontend platform offerings to market.</li>
<li>Identify repeatable use cases, industry plays, and reference architectures that unlock scale.</li>
<li>Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing based on regional partner and customer insights.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Enablement & Ecosystem Activation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead partner enablement initiatives to ensure technical, sales, and marketing readiness.</li>
<li>Equip partners with messaging, positioning, and use-case clarity to successfully sell Vercel.</li>
<li>Represent the EMEA partner voice internally and ensure alignment across teams.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About you:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years in business development, partner management, and/or sales roles at high growth tech company</li>
<li>Proven track record of building partner-sourced pipeline from zero to multi-million-dollar impact.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of frontend technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI development ecosystems.</li>
<li>Existing EMEA partner network (agencies, GSIs, hyperscalers, technology partners) that you can activate.</li>
<li>Experience driving co-sell motions and working closely with regional sales teams.</li>
<li>Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.</li>
<li>Highly collaborative, action-oriented, and motivated by exceeding ambitious growth targets.</li>
