As an M&A and Accounting Policy Manager on Coinbase's Accounting team, you'll serve as the primary accounting resource across the full M&A and investment transaction lifecycle - from financial due diligence and purchase accounting through post-close integration and ongoing investment accounting. Reporting to the Director of Reporting and Technical Accounting Policy, you'll simultaneously maintain and evolve Coinbase's accounting policies across new and emerging business activities. You'll apply deep US GAAP expertise to complex transactions and new products, partnering with Legal, Corporate Development, Tax, and Controllership to drive accounting conclusions in a fast-moving environment.
