As an Account Executive - Enterprise Hunter, your primary mission will be to identify, acquire, and grow new business opportunities across components of the 4th Estate. This role is focused on securing new logos and driving revenue growth. You are a proactive "hunter" who thrives on building relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs and establish long-term partnerships. You will report to the Sr Director, Sales DOD.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
