We are looking for an AI Creative Performance Artist to spearhead the adoption of our new Agentic Marketing Platform Ads. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge generative AI, enterprise client strategy, and high-performance creative direction.
Your primary mission is to help our enterprise clients unlock the full potential of agentic AI by generating visually stunning, high-converting assets. You will serve as the trusted creative consultant, guiding brands on how to translate their unique identities into AI-generated visuals and copy with impeccable taste and ruthless strategic precision. If you are deeply immersed in the AI ecosystem, have an exceptional eye for design, and understand the science of performance marketing, we want you on our team.
Mandatory Requirement: You must provide a link to your portfolio demonstrating ads or product launches you have spearheaded. Ideally, these examples showcase your ability to integrate AI into professional creative workflows. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

The salary range for this position is $140,000-$180,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
